- The Art and Mastery of teaching, practicing and living at your fullest self-expression.
- Sequencing the 53 poses of Baptiste Yoga's Journey into Power, and building a fitting playlist.
- True North Alignment, common misalignments, and scaling every posture for ANY ability.
- Anatomy of yoga, broken down by parts of the body and the realities of skeletal variety.
- A fundamental meditation practice, and the history of yoga's path West into Baptiste Yoga.
- Disrupt the Drift: workshops on the mental models you've inherited, and a 40 Days to Personal Revolution program.
- Practice teaching labs until you can deliver the entire Journey into Power sequence in a flow style.
- New communication skills and self-expression you'll use immediately, in and out of the classroom.
